Lancaster County-based Landmark Homes has opened a new design gallery in Mechanicsburg.
The Landmark Homes design gallery and sales center opened on July 20 in at Market Square at Legacy Park at 100 Legacy Park Drive in suites 202 and 204. Market Square is the retail portion of the Legacy Park development.
In the design gallery, homebuyers can browse a selection of interior and exterior design choices including: cabinetry and hardware; countertops; flooring; lighting; doors; fireplaces; siding, shutters, brick and stone. The design gallery open house hours will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on select Saturdays with additional hours available during the weekdays by appointment. The Landmark Homes Sales Center at Market Square is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
This is the company’s second gallery.

Legacy Park is a 185-acre mixed-use development of single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, walking trails and open space, restaurants and shops, and offices. A community clubhouse is also planned.
More than 700 residential units are planned for the community, comprised of apartments, 301 single family homes, 166 townhomes, and a future 55+ community of 87 homes. The first phase of homes broke ground in 2019, with new phases having since opened and additional phases planned for the future.
Wolf Brewing Company opened at Legacy Park last year. Down to Earth Café, Luna, and Premier Martial Arts are expected to open at Legacy Park before the end of the year.
Legacy Park is located on the former Hess Farm.
Landmark Homes is based in Clay Township near Ephrata, and is the developer of Legacy Park.
